Tender Moments

During my recent business trip to Kalahari ... my husband and I had an afternoon together and we decided to take Noah to The Merry Go Round Museum (http://merrygoroundmuseum.org/).  What an awesome place!

Needless to say ... Noah didn't mind having his picture taken with mommy.  So in preparation for the future days when Noah is completely embarrassed  I am trying to savor each and every single second ... when mommy is his main lady!

But lately, I find myself looking at my little man in awe of just how fast he is growing up. It seems like only yesterday he was a cuddly little baby asleep in my arms, and now, he’s totally becoming his own person …and I know one of these days he won’t need me anymore.

Take for example our pottery experience.   On the same day that we took Noah to the museum ... we also took him to Pottery Pizzazz ... I was thinking it would be a great family fun activity.  Little did I know that Noah did not want help from old mommy and daddy.  He was content to paint his unfinished piece all by himself.  Excuse ... but when did he become Mr. Independent?!  Here are some pictures:

It's hard to believe that my little man is now a very active ... independent toddler!
